Although I feel that I'm a GOOD person OVERALL,  I KNOW I'm NOT a "stand-up" individual.
I don't ALWAYS "practice what I preach".

I KNOW I've DONE some regrettable, unfortunate, UN-wise things that I REGRET.
Alas, we CANNOT change the past.  We can only LEARN from it, so as not to REPEAT our MISTAKES.
