Although I "gave it my ALL"--produced A LOT of effort/"output", I did NOT have my BEST performance at my FABULOUS gym--"NeuroFit 360", I still had my FEW "bright spots".
1) I did the "I-care" (step-machine). I was told at the onset to go for FIVE minutes, which I completed with NO PROBLEMS. THEN, I went for MORE/LONGER.
HOWEVER, after 6 minutes and 4 seconds, I became tired. (… NO pain, JUST fatigue)
2) I performed MANY ONE-LEGGED squats in/on the "Total-gym".
AGAIN, my (LACK OF) endurance "struck".
