The BRILLIANT staff at my gym--"NeuroFit 360"--CONSTANTLY sets a mirror in front of me.

… Wait.  Don't y'all DARE sing,

"You're so VAIN!
You probably think this song is ABOUT YOU."


… ACTUALLY, the mirror allows me to SEE when I'm tilting my head/neck--which I SUBCONSCIOUSLY do since my accident.

I'm a VERY "VISUAL-learner.
(… PLUS, I have "FOUR-eyes" (glasses).


So, I APPRECIATE the "cuing"!
