RECENTLY, my "UPPER body"-trainer measured/calculated my
height (~5' 7.5" = ~67.5 inches)
AND
weight (~139.4 lb.).
Ergo, my "B.M.I." ("Body Mass Index") of
"21.5"
fell WELL WITHIN the "Normal"/"Standard" region of
"18.5 - 24.9".
(… IN FACT, since the "MEAN"/average of the two endpoints would be
"21.7",
I'm JUST SLIGHTLY/"a TAD" below the AVERAGE of the "STANDARD"-region.
(… No, "BELOW average" has a NEGATIVE connotation.)
(… Let's go with
"Physically SUPERIOR but numerically BELOW".)
