WAY to APPLY what the OWNER of my PHENOMENAL LEG-gym ("NeuroFit 360") emphasized about ONE exercise to OTHER, VARIOUS leg-"techniques"!
1) I SHIFTED my WEIGHT across BOTH/"EITHER ONE" of my HIPS.
2) I tried to NOT lean BACK while weight-SHIFTING.
3) I kept my feet MOVING/SHIFTING as I "ABOUT-FACED" ("TURNED 180 degrees") while "WALKING".
4) I "concentrated" MOST of my WEIGHT on my LEFT leg, as I did A LOT of squats/HALF-squats.
Regarding #4, I'm CONSIDERING opening a "SECLUDED area that helps 'residents' better FOCUS"--kinda like a "CONCENTRATION-CAMP".
(… What, TOO SOON?!)
