I USED TO be A LITTLE TOO "full of myself", 'cuz I'd THINK that I really had NO "fear".
But, now that there are no girls around to IMPRESS, I'll admit that I DO have a GREAT DEAL of fears/WORRIES.
(… What if I FALL … while walking?!  What if I CHOKE on some FOOD/DRINK?!  …)
