JEEZ! WHAT an "UP-n-DOWN" day"!

First, I slept VERY WELL last night!

Then, my "caregiver" told me that "Terminix" was coming to "SPRAY", b/c SOMEONE brought "BED-BUGS" into MY house!

LUCKILY, I have not witnessed ANY such VERMIN!
(  : )  )

So, THAT means that ONE of my employees is "SLEEPING … on the job".

He said my mom scheduled the appointment.
(… YAY, Mom!  Thanks for the HELP!)

My mother--RANDOMLY--scheduled the "spray-job" for in the MORNING, while I'm HOME.
Yet, she KNEW "GOOD & WELL" I would be REQUIRED to NOT be "in MY HOUSE" for ANY/ALL of the FOUR-HOUR spray!

I told my "caregiver" to CALL the company to POSTPONE said "spray" to a DAY/TIME I'd be GONE.

The "Terminix"-worker DECLINED my request.
(WTF?!)

My "caregiver" convinced the "Terminix"-ASSHOLE to come this afternoon, WHILE I'm at the gym.  AND, I must ONLY be GONE for TWO hours … NOT FOUR!

After ONLY hearing of my SUPPOSED bug-PROBLEM,  my GOATEE started REALLY itching!
(… I wonder if it's "BEARD-lice".)

At "NeuroFit 360", I STARTED by "WALKING" into the facility VERY WELL --for ~60 feet … INCLUDING TWO 90-degree turns!

Under STAFF-supervision, I did some AWKWARD "WALKING" on the treadmill … 'cuz my LEFT ankle kept "ROLLING" … AND my "Walkaid" kept electronically-SHOCKING the nerves in my LEFT leg.

I RECOVERED to do some EXEMPLARY DEEP-squats (DOWN to ~45 degrees from the ground)AND ALTERNATING "SINGLE-leg"- KNEELING.
