I got into a MANUAL-wheelchair at "NeuroFit 360" to practice my TWO-handed wheel-pushing and TWO-footed steering to PROPEL myself FORWARD/BACKWARD … withOUT ANY help.
Thus, after I "WALKED" into my bathroom this morning, I--with MY OWN hands & feet--STEERED my MANUAL-chair over to the sink to brush my teeth & floss.

As I did my DAILY set of 40 DEEP squats before my shower, I MADE SURE to concentrate MOST of my (~143 lb. = ~65 kg) "body-weight" onto my LEFT leg.
Also, I MAINTAINED a STRAIGHT back THROUGHOUT my exercising.
