In my "'martial arts'-PRIME'", I trained AND/OR taught FIVE days/nights a week, EACH for 1.5 to 2 HOURS.
(… That's 
7.5 to 10 hours per WEEK
= ~390 to ~520 hours per YEAR (… considering ~52 WEEKS in a YEAR

So, I TUTOR ('por GRATIS').
I TEACH martial arts ('por GRATIS').

Speaking of "MARTIAL ARTS", today I reviewed my NEW 'jiujitsu'-technique with my two assistants.
ALSO, my Professor helped me develop THREE ADDITIONAL variations.
