-- (WARNING) YESTERDAY-morning's "THIRD-'breakfast'" ... of FIVE weekday-"meals" ... INCLUDED "magnesium-citrate"--UNBEKNOWNST to ME--which caused me to WAKE-up ... THREE DIFFERENT-/ SEPARATE-times ... in ~EIGHT hours .. in DIRE-NEED to "RELIEVE some/ALOTTA 'EXCRETORY-pressure'".
... Well, I made it.
(... WHEW!)
Sooo, I "EXCRETED Four "Fun Fecal-Festivities" in ~Fifteen hours.  "Alliteration Aside."
But, I'm NOT-in the BEST-mood, ... 'cuz I'm SLIGHTLY-irritable ... due-to my LACK-of SLEEP.


-- Well, my FORMAL-"day" BEGAN WELL, as I "looked-FORWARD" to my TWO NEW-techniques to SHOW ... TODAY!

... HOWEVER, when I reviewed my NOTES--in the van, I realized, that, UN-fortunately, my NIGHT-Caregiver from the day-BEFORE is/was "a BIT of" a LIAR!  ... He CLAIMED that he put the SIX printed-sheets of the TWO techniques in my FOLDER.  ... But, I found ... ONLY ... THREE copies of ONE technique.
... BUMMER!

... The technique "in-POSSESSION" turned-out to be ... VERY WELL-done!  ... First-off, BOTH my "Professor" AND my 'Sempai' read-over the technique & LOVED it!  Secondly, my 'Sempai' demonstrated it BEAUTIFULLY ... to the KIDS!  They--in turn--showed that THEY understood it (for the MOST-part).  And, finally/WONDERFULLY, "Professor" ASKED me WHEN he/I could SHOW the ADULTS'-class.  ... Sooo, I've got a "DATE" on Thursday-NIGHT!


-- After an UBER-BUSY morning, I'm gonna TRY-to RELAX for the REST-of the DAY/evening/NIGHT.







-- UN-fortunately, my CURRENT-housemate UN-pleasantly SURPRISED me by "ANNOUNCING his moving-OUT starts TONIGHT".

... CONVERSELY, we're having a DINNER-"get-together" with a "COUPLE" of FRIENDS this week.
