This afternoon, I tried a (See subject.) that my Physical Therapist recommended. I sat on a NORMAL chair--with NO arm-rests--for ten minutes. After ten minutes, I was feeling fine. So, I shifted into Gear 3/2 and continued the sitting for another five minutes. Ergo, in summation, I sat--with my arms hanging down at my sides--for three halves of the "allotted time" (1.5 times "10 minutes" = 15 minutes = 900 seconds). In conclusion, "I'm doing the work. I'm NOT a slacker. PLEASE!"--'What About Bob?' |
