I was talking with my UPPER body trainer about how WELCOME & APPRECIATED my POSITIVE & OPTIMISTIC outlook is.  

Regarding my [DIFFICULT] journey, I said,
"Hey, if it were EASY, then EVERYONE would do it."

When he responded by laughing & saying, "I've heard that," I proudly-declared,
