... Actually, my my rather unique deeds are more commitments than "obligations." Instead of my usual MORNING-writing, I conducted a LOOONG conversation with my [MAIN] nurse about taking the GOOD info outta BAD situations.

WORKOUT:
-- LEFT handed finger stretches with a rubber band
-- LEFT handed finger stretches with a rubber band
-- 20 bicep curls on left arm with 10 lb dumbbell
-- 30 regular bicep curls and 20 hammer curls on right arm with 15 lb dumbbell
-- 10 isomeric leg extensions with my trainer's resistance on the left leg
-- Walking on the parallel bars forward (2 laps), backwards (2 laps) and sideways (just 1 lap)
... Trainer asked to film me for his business --> I approved with this 'Jerry Maguire' quote,
"Help ME help YOU."
-- HIP-ups: 160 total but 90 reps then rest and then 70 reps
I set my NEW RECORD-HIGH!
(... But, it comes with an asterisk: I only performed that many, because I had an EXTRAordinarily LONG break in between sets, that I'll NEVER have again.))
-- Tricep extension 2 sets each arm
... 1 set of 20 reps & 1 set of 15 reps on the left side--both with 10 lbs
... 2 sets of 15 reps on the right--both sets were with 15 lbs
-- 30 ball hamstring curls with 2 legs but also single leg hamstring curls 20 reps with each leg
... 30 calf raises
-- ~16 minutes on BIKE

--> CONTRARY to my usual routine, instead of watching television, I just wrote & read sports articles.
... I wrote several poems--specifically, haiku.
... I wrote a few pages of assorted books.
