I keep observing GREAT PROGRESS in my feet-mobility!
As a result, I give credit where credit is due, and GRACIOUSLY thank the WONDERFUL work of my gym--"NeuroFit"!

HHHMMM, do I get ANY accolades for the CONSTANT "name-drops"?!

... I've been making some GREAT PROGRESS with my (AIDED) "walking", LEFT leg movement/strength and LEFT arm-maneuverability/"range of motion"!

(WARNING) Multitasking Malfunction, My foot!

Recently, I ate--via mouth--some grilled chicken and mixed vegetables. Simultaneously, my nurse "fed" me--via my G-tube attached to my stomach.
SHORTLY afterwards, I excused myself to go 'al banyo' (Spanish for 'to the bathroom').
I "dropped a load" in my toilet. (YAY, it was SOLID! So, my body is "processing" my "food" and medicine as NUTRITIONAL-SUPPLEMENTS!)


The ONLY negative effect of my "meal(S)" was that ...

I got distracted, and I lost my Scrabble-game in Speech Therapy by 12 points.

SLOWLY yet SURELY

Today at "NeuroFit", I had a PHENOMENAL workout!

1) I did A BUNCH (~15) of incline-squats while lying on my back on a cushioned bench. (My angle of elevation ranged from ~60 to ~80 degrees.)

2) I did ~15 more on EACH LEG--using ONLY that leg to push myself UP and LOWER myself.

3) I WALKED and TURNED AROUND--with MINIMAL assistance--to sit on a cushioned bench.

4) I put my "nose-over-toes" to grab and hold onto a--raised ~4.5 feet--horizontal bar to help me stand--ALONE.

5) THEN, I LET GO of the bar with my LEFT hand.

7) I PATIENTLY waited for my LEFT leg to stop SHAKING ('cuz I was HEAVILY "workin'"/fatiguin' it).

8) THEN, I removed my RIGHT hand from the bar.

9) I had to maintain PROPER posture--with my neck STRAIGHT, the majority of my weight on my WEAKER LEFT side and my hips pressed FORWARD.

10) I repeated this exercise two more times--with ~30 seconds of break-time in between sets. (My FIRST SOLO-STAND was GOOD. My SOLO-STANDING IMPROVED each time!)

My MAIN (NON-"NeuroFit") trainer recently CONCURRED, when I stated that it's "HEALTHIER//'MORE BENEFICIAL to stretch out BOTH before AND after my workout/training".

(I WANTED to quote the film, 'Catch Me If You Can', and ask him:

"Do you CONCUR?"

But, he QUICKLY nodded in agreement.

"SLOW and STEADY wins the race."

I'm ALWAYS trying to "work"/"challenge" my mind.  So, I play A LOT of the computer-game, "Minesweeper".  Since I haven't developed enough CONFIDENCE in the dexterity/maneuverability of my RIGHT hand (PRE-accident botched forearm surgery) to "double-click" ("mark a 'bomb'"), I just rely on my MEMORY and DEDUCTION to LOGICALLY REASON which spaces are "bombs".


... (Granted, my "game"-play is NOT exactly "STEADY", due to my--PRE-accident--"astigmatism"--"eye-shaking", but I've learned to adjust/compensate for it.)

How do I--NOT she--know THAT?!

...

A few mornings ago, one of my nurses was "feeding me"--via my G-tube. 
Suddenly, my tube started making strange noises, and it was SLIGHTLY hurting.

When I started grunting and complaining about the pain and noise, my nurse claimed that she had "NO IDEA WHY" that was happening.

HHHMMM, could it be that I SAW YOU "pumping air" back INTO my G-tube INSTEAD OF "sucking air OUT"?!
(... Granted, I wear glasses. But, THAT means that I witnessed this blunder with "FOUR eyes"!)


With ALL THAT AIR now in me, I SOON flatulated ''Beethoven's Ninth (Symphony)''.
