My (only ONCE-a-week) arm-training workout at my house with my MAIN trainer proved that my NON-responsive "messaging" was merely/only a TEMPORARY fluke.
My trainer noted that my endurance has IMPROVED.
YAY!
((My "improvement" is/was apparent in my LEG-training at "NeuroFit".
Instead of my USUAL three to three-and-a-half minute "treks" on the "I-care" (stepping/walking machine), I maintained the energy/stamina for a TEN-minute "STEP-dance".))
