"NeuroFit 360", I dig your STYLE!


Although my gym ("NeuroFit 360") typically/primarily focuses on (my) LOWER-body, I have exercised via "vertical-incline" during my last TWO visits (Friday and today).

The exercise has been GREAT for stretching and IMPROVING the STRENGTH/COORDINATION my injured LEFT shoulder!
