This afternoon I did NOT attend my workout at "NeuroFit", simply because I suffered from a SEVERE stomachache.

(That's the FIRST--hopefully, ONLY--time I've cancelled a training-"appointment".

(I'll just HAVE TO go TWICE as HARD tomorrow.)
