Back in the Habit


No, I'm NOT referring to 'Sister Act 2'.
(GREAT film!)

After a RELATIVELY short break from EATING--via MOUTH,
I JUST ate ~one ounce of TILAPIA (fish).

I have ALWAYS enjoyed eating FISH.
Back when I could taste,

1) Fish are DELICIOUS!

2) Fish are HIGH in PROTEIN, which helps develop MUSCLE.

3) Fish are HIGH in Omega-3s (?), which help regulate the digestive system.
