I'm doin' GREAT things at my LEGS-oriented gym ("NeuroFit 360")!


Over the past couple weeks, I've

-- SUCCESSFULLY learned to weight-shift to WALK/SIDE-STEP along a wall.

-- SUCCESSFULLY used my swinging-momentum to STAND UP from sitting on a sideways-bench.
(YAY!)

-- SUCCESSFULLY managed my OWN WEIGHT-balancing to BETTER assist me in painFREE-walking … WITH my walker.
