I had a TERRIFIC workout--as USUAL--at my gym!

I walked on the "I-Care" for ~13 minutes.
I "WALKED"--MINIMALLY supported with a harness--on a treadmill for ~12 minutes.
Then, I practiced my "stepping ONTO a small box" on said treadmill.
Also, I practiced my SIDE-STEPPING and weight-shifting for ~six minutes.
Finally, I "WALKED" BACKWARDS on the treadmill for a few minutes.

Throughout ALL of this, I wore my "getting COMFORTABLE" foot-brace".
Also, I HAD TO "crack jokes" to "LIGHTEN the MOOD" during my "breaks".
