YAY for … ME!


I made/had/accomplished a BIG "step"(LITERALLY and FIGURATIVELY) IN my LEG-training … at "NeuroFit 360"!

"We CAME.  We SAW.  We KICKED its ASS!"

Applying the direct-advice from a STAFF-member, I held onto a HORIZONTAL steel-bar (It was NOT a VERTICAL stripper-pole.  WHEW!  I am NOT doing THAT … again!), while I lowered myself onto one knee.
I repeated SAID exercise SEVERAL times … with either and BOTH knees!
This "GARGANTUAN"/"COLOSSAL" feat was completed, while I maintained PROPER back-posture AND foot-placement!

(… NEED/MUST I remind y'all that I have A LOT of metal-plates in my LEFT knee?!)
