GREAT form of "stress-RELIEF/-RELEASE":



EXERCISE!

Once in a while, I'll begin one of my FOUR "OFFICIAL" workouts in a "NOT-so-great" mood.
Yet, AFTER my "OUTPUT of physical ENERGY/STRENGTH", I feel RE-energized, RELIEVED and strangely HAPPY/CONTENT.

MOST OF THE TIME, I begin my workout in a very good mood.
I conclude the exercising in an even BETTER mood!

(… I'm one of THOSE … WEIRDOS!)
