HURRY! (… During my workouts)

(… In ACTUALITY, this RYME is more for HUMOR than for workout-ADVICE.
I've found that 'tis BETTER/"MORE BENEFICIAL" to do MORE REPETITIONS at a WEIGHT … SLOWLY.)
(… DECREASED WEIGHT + MORE REPS = INCREASED MUSCLE-"TONE")
((… As OPPOSED TO the kinetic-/fitness-(/MATHEMATICAL-!)"equation":
INCREASED WEIGHT + FEWER REPS = INCREASED MUSCLE-"BULK")

(… Thus, I do 65 … SLOW …SQUATS at VARIOUS/ALTERING "Dipping-ANGLES" … EVERY SINGLE EVENING!)

(… I'm COMMITTED … to IMPROVING … my PHYSICAL-FITNESS/HEALTH!)
