Yesterday, I told my mom that my IRRESPONSIBLE, NEGLIGENT, "SITTY" neighbors were taking BETTER care of their dog.

Sure enough, that DAMN dog's BARKING WOKE ME UP at 5:48 am, … and it has NOT SHUT UP SINCE!
(How many times MUST I COMPLAIN to both the neighbors/pet-owners AND the "community" … to NO AVAIL?!)
