Although I was--PRE-accident--VERY COMFORTABLE WITH and CONFIDENT IN my COMMENDABLE leg-SPEED and -STRENGTH.
NOW, by way of my OWN MENTAL-POWER, -PERSEVERANCE and -FORTITUDE … AND compensation, my ARMS are VERY MUCH "pulling their own weight".
(… It's UBER-encouraging that when I glance at my LEFT UPPER arm, I see NOT ONLY/JUST my DISHEARTENING surgical-scar, but I ALSO notice my GROWING bicep-MUSCLE!
… YAY!)
However SERIOUSLY-injured I may CURRENTLY/TEMPORARILY be, I always--at least--TRY to incorporate my LEG-strength and -flexibility into my activities.
(… After all, LEGS account for ~68% of one's BODT-STRENGTH.)
