PHENOMENAL (LEG-)workout Friday!


I did TEN MINUTES--WITHOUT a break--"STEPPING"/"WALKING" on the "I-Care".
Then, after resting for ~TWO MINUTES, I stood back up, and did another TEN MINUTES on "MANUAL"-movement!  So, I was "POWERING" the leg-pedals … with BOTH legs!
The "MANUAL-status" also FORCES me to PROPERLY weight-shift--while maintaing GOOD posture--and establish STABLE gait-/stride-control.

(… While on "MANUAL", I saw that I got the "LEG-power/speed" up to "27 revolutions/minute".)

WOW!
