I JUST completed two ALMOST FLAWLESS "WALKS"--to my bathroom-sink then into my living-room.
(… My SECOND "WALK" ONLY had SLIGHT delays as I MADE SURE my 180-degree turn was CAREFUL and SAFE.)
(… I'm SLOWLY yet STEADILY IMPROVING my "about-FACING".)
(… In other words, I'm gradually "coming to grips" with MY "being 'BACKWARDS'"!)
(… METAPHORICALLY/FIGURATIVELY)
(… Actually, in THIS INSTANCE, I mean it LITERALLY.)
(… On occasion I "WALK" BACKWARDS on the treadmill at "NeuroFit 360".)
